Return Policy
Persian Threads allow for 30 day returns on rugs purchased on our online store.
To be eligible for a return, the rug must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start the return process please contacts us at info@persianthreads.com.au. Please advise us the reason for wanting to return your purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address, as well as instructions on how to pack your rug. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your rug upon receipt and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can take the necessary steps to correct it.
Exchanges
Persian Threads will offer an exchange for an alternative rug, once the return is evaluated and accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Once approved, we will refund the value of the purchase to your nominated account.
